Via Ian Lazaran C4P Today on the View, Joe Biden said the following
regarding Governor Palin (emphasis added):
The governor says she’s not running. I don’t know what she’s going to do. I’m sure whoever the Republican nominee is, it will be a very contested race.
Biden is either completely misinformed or lying (with Biden, he could be both completely misinformed and lying). Palin has never said she’s not running. In fact, in an interview that aired yesterday, she explicitly said that she’s considering such a run (emphasis added):
If I can help provide some encouragement, some inspiration, some hope for them to get through their battles and make good decisions and get through a challenge, because that’s what we’ve been able to do, then I am going to stay focused on that…Whether that’s on a local level in my own little town of Wasilla, or in the Oval Office, if it’s right, then we will pursue that.
