Sarah Palin had harsh words for the president in two speeches Friday.

Speaking at an event for the pro-life Susan B. Anthony List, Palin called President Obama one of the most “pro-abortion presidents” ever.

Referring to pro-life lawmakers, she told attendees that “elections have consequences” and voters can’t allow leaders to “cast their votes and then get into office and prove that they’re something else.”

“We won’t forget those who promised to hold firm against government funding of abortion, but caved at the last minute in exchange for a non-binding executive order promised by the most pro-abortion president to ever occupy The White House,” she said.

Also on Friday during a speech before the National Rifle Association, Palin claimed Obama would ban guns if he could. The former governor is a lifetime member of the NRA.

“Don’t doubt for a minute that, if they thought they could get away with it, they would ban guns and ban ammunition and gut the Second Amendment,” Palin said. “It’s the job of all of us at the NRA and its allies to stop them in their tracks.”
